My last blog was full of joy and excitement, although my website was at best described as a work in progress, and at worst total crap ( it may still be!) I had managed to find a way to put advertisements infront of my 20 daily viewers and was thrilled to see it looking more like a ‘proper’ website.

Then i recieved this from Chitika, the adnetwork i had joined.

Our sincere thanks to all our publishers with whom we have enjoyed wonderful relationships over the years. We wish you the best of luck and success as you continue to grow your traffic and revenue.

Q: What action do I need to take? 
A: Please remove all Chitika ad code from all your websites on or before April 30th 2019. Any Chitika ad code or other calls to Chitika ad services after this time period, will cease to operate. 

Q: What about earnings for last month and current month ?
A: Unfortunately, due to termination of our partnership with our biggest exchange partner, no earnings accumulated after March 1st 2019 will be paid out. All earnings after March 1st 2019 have been chargebacked by the exchange and money has been returned to the advertisers. 

Q: How can I get paid if I have an outstanding balance ? 
A: Please make sure you meet the payment requirements (Payoneer and Tax Forms) and then follow these instructions to get paid your final balance. We will be issuing one final payment on April 30th 2019.

5 days, 5 whole days of ads, sweet sweet ads and then this happens. I will never see that half a cent in my bank account.

I feel for those that used it for longer , and with MUCH more sucess than i ever will and now the search continues.

On my part there was one good thing that came from this, i have finally sat down and after much procrastination started to move my website from WIX to WordPress and am loving the results ( and its only basic at the moment!) so hopefully i will start to appear on searches and have some one other than me, to check out some of the things I offer here. If you are here early, apologies, there is more and more content being uploaded daily as i have the wind in my sails at the moment after a lovely holiday in Koh Lipe. ( which i will ramble on about soon i am sure)
